How to refer
- Your patient books an initial evaluation directly on the online booking page, or calls 646-820-8575.
- With their consent, they can share your testing report or diagnostic summary when they book or bring it to their first visit.
- With the patient's permission, I'm glad to coordinate care and keep you updated.

For patients coming from testing
If you've just finished an ADHD evaluation with a psychologist or testing center, you don't need to repeat it. Book an initial visit, bring your report, and we'll focus on treatment.
