My approach
Most of my patients are adults who've spent years working harder than everyone around them to keep up. Some were just diagnosed. Some have suspected ADHD for a long time. Some have been treated before, but it never quite worked.
My job is to understand how ADHD actually shows up in your life and build a plan around that. We decide together what to try, I explain my reasoning, and we keep checking whether it's working. If it isn't, we change it.
You see me at every visit. Most of my patients stay with me for years, which means your care builds on everything we've already learned.
